Alicja Bachleda Curuś jest polską aktorką i piosenkarką. Jej debiutem na srebrnym ekranie była rola Zosi w filmie Andrzeja Wajdy Pan Tadeusz z 1999 roku, który jest największym sukcesem kasowym w historii Polski. Jedne z jej najbardziej cenionych ról filmowych to Ondine (2009); Trade (2007) o handlu ludźmi, za który otrzymała nagrodę dla najlepszej aktorki na Boston Film Festival i International Film Festival w Puerto Vallarta; oraz kryminał Spike’a Lee, The Girl is in Trouble (2015). Alicja Bachleda Curuś studiowała zarówno w National Ballet Academy, jak i National Academy of Music w Krakowie. Mieszkała w Nowym Jorku, gdzie studiowała aktorstwo w Lee Strasberg Theater Institute w Nowym Jorku. W 2021 ukończyła studia z historii sztuki na Uniwersytecie Kalifornijskim. Obecnie mieszka w Los Angeles.
Występy pani Bachledy-Curuś zostały docenione przez krytyków filmowych w Hollywood, a ona sama nadal aktywnie reprezentuje Polskę na międzynarodowych festiwalach filmowych na całym świecie.
Alicja Bachleda Curuś is a Polish actress and singer. Her silver screen debut was as Zosia in director Andrzej Wajda’s 1999 film Pan Tadeusz which is the biggest box office success in Poland history. Her most acclaimed films include Ondine (2009); Trade (2007) about human trafficking and for which she received the Best Actress Award at the Boston Film Festival and the International Film Festival in Puerto Vallarta; and Spike Lee’s crime thriller, The Girl is in Trouble (2015). Alicja Bachleda Curuś studied at both the National Ballet Academy and the National Academy of Music in Krakow. She lived in New York City where she studied Acting at the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute in New York City. In 2021, she graduated with a degree in art history from the University of California. She now resides in Los Angeles.

BEYOND Polish American Women’s Club to projekt Radio RAMPA stworzony, aby pielęgnować relacje biznesowe i społeczne wśród kobiet polskiego pochodzenia, łączyć kobiety polskiego pochodzenia z liderami, mentorami i pionierami w ich dziedzinie, a także pomagać kobietom polskiego pochodzenia w dotarciu do organizacji i zasobów dostępnych dla nich jako profesjonalistek w rejonie Nowego Jorku. Klub jest również oddany orędowaniu na rzecz interesów kobiet polskiego pochodzenia w Nowym Jorku i jego okolicach, a także z dumą prezentuje polskie dziedzictwo w Nowym Jorku.
BEYOND Polish American Women’s Club was created by Radio RAMPA to cultivate business and social relations among Polish-American women, connect Polish American women with leaders, mentors, and pioneers in their field, as well as to help Polish American Women to reach organizations and resources available to them as professionals in New York City area. The Club is also devoted to advocating for Polish American Women’s interests in New York City and its area, as well as proudly showcasing the Polish heritage in the City of New York.
