Talent to dopiero początek. O sile dyscypliny.
Magdalena Baczewska to absolwentka Mannes College of Music oraz Manhattan School of Music, gdzie uzyskała tytuł Doctor of Musical Arts summa cum laude. Koncertowała na najbardziej prestiżowych scenach świata, m.in. w Carnegie Hall, National Center for Performing Arts w Pekinie i Davies Symphony Hall w San Francisco, występując m.in. z San Francisco Symphony, Philadelphia Orchestra oraz u boku Joshuy Bella.

The Power of Discipline
Behind every great achievement lies something more than talent — years of hard work, consistency, perseverance, and discipline. During this BEYOND conversation with Magdalena Baczewska, we will explore the important role discipline plays not only in the life of an artist, but in all of our lives. How do we keep working toward our goals when motivation fades? How do we remain consistent through moments of doubt, intense competition, and setbacks? And is discipline ultimately what makes the difference between having talent and achieving success?
Magdalena’s journey — from beginning piano lessons at the age of five, to performing on international concert stages, to becoming Director of the Music Performance Program at Columbia University — will serve as the starting point for a broader conversation about what we can achieve when we stop relying solely on motivation and begin building our lives around consistency and discipline.

During our conversation, we will talk about talent, determination, and consistency, but also about moments of doubt, competition, and the decisions we must make in order to turn our passion into a lasting professional career.
